Transportation for Sale of a Controlled Substance

I was charged with Health and Safety Code (H&S) section 11378 [Possession for Sales of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11379(a) [Sales/Transportation of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11350(a) [Possession of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11375(b)(2) [Possession of a Designated Substance] and H&S section 11364(a) [Possession of Paraphernalia]. I was looking at up to 5 years in prison for these offenses. I also had a prior Drug Sales conviction for which I was sentenced to State Prison [one year previous] AND I had two other Sales cases pending. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. After the District Attorney and the Court refused to make a non-jail offer on the case(s) Mr. Bruzzo set the matter for preliminary hearing. At the preliminary hearing the District Attorney agreed to DISMISS all the felonies. I only had to plea to misdemeanors. I was not sentenced to any jail time and I showed proof of having completed an out-patient rehabilitation program. I was charged with Health and Safety Code [H&S] 11379(a) Sale/Offer to Sell/Transport of a Controlled Substance and Health and Safety Code 11378 Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale. Various wiretaps of people I was traveling with in a vehicle showed they were major drug traffickers. When our vehicle was pulled over there was over $100,000.00 of cash in the car. Also, large amount of Cocaine were found in the home of a person who was in the vehicle with me. My exposure on the case was over 5 years. I made some statements which could have been interpreted to mean I knew my companions were involved in the drug trade and that I was helping them. I was arrested and charged with Sales/Transportation for Sale of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code §11352 a felony to wit: Oxycodone], Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code § 11351, a felony, to wit: Oxycodone] and misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, paraphernalia [Health and Safety Code Section 11364]. I was charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11352 (Sale or Transportation of a Controlled Substance) and Possession of a Designated Substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11375 (b) (2); I was facing up to four years in prison for this offense. I was charged with possession of marijuana for sale, a felony, in violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11359 [H&S Section 11359] and sale or transportation of marijuana, also a felony, a violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11360 [H&S Section 11360]. I faced up to 4 years and 6 months of time in prison for these offenses. I hired William W.
