Sexual Battery

I was charged with Felony Aggravated Assault with Force Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury (Penal Code Section 245(a) (4) [maximum jail time 4 years prison] and Sexual Battery as a Misdemeanor (Penal Code Section 243.4 [maximum jail time 1 year, Life time registration as a sex offender]. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo convinced the Judge to reduce the case [Aggravated Assault Charge] to a misdemeanor even though the assault was on video. We then took the case to trial and Mr. Bruzzo got the jury to find me NOT GUILTY on the sexual battery charge. I am very happy with this result. I was charged with assault with the intent to rape (Penal Code Section 220(a); False Imprisonment effected by violence (Penal Code Section 236-237); Sexual Battery (Penal Code Section 243.4(a); Injury to a telephone line (Penal Code Section 591); and Annoying or molesting a child (Penal Code Section 647.6(a). I was facing 12 years in prison for these charges. I hired William W.
