I was arrested for driving under the influence [Vehicle Code Sections 23152(a), 23152(b) and 23152(g)-driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol]; the detention led me to be charged with sales of marijuana [H&S 11359(b)] after I consented to a search of my cellular phone and possession of methamphetamine [H&S 11377(a)] after I consented to a search of my car. I had no prior record and I am quite young. My family hired Attorney Wil Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo suggested I begin a treatment program of my own prior to going to court. I spent 6 months in an outpatient program which I successfully graduated from. Mr. Bruzzo then negotiated my case with the District Attorney. He used my personal history and self-rehabilitation to get the Sales of Marijuana charge DISMISSED; he also got them to DISMISS the Possession of Methamphetamine charge once I completed a class. I pled to driving under the influence. I am very happy with this result as it keeps my record as clean as possible. I would recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Drunk Driving [Vehicle Code (VC) Sections 23152(a), 23152(b), 23152(g), Sales of Marijuana [Health and Safety Code (H&S) 11359(b)] and Possession of Methamphetamine [Health and Safety Code (H&S) 11377(a) case.
