The police were called to my house on a matter and ended up looking at the weapons I own. They discovered that I had a magazine that held 30 bullets which is a violation of California law which prohibits a magazine that holds more then 10 bullets because it could be used as an assault weapon. I was charged with Possession of Large Capacity Magazine (Penal Code Section 32310), a Misdemeanor. I was concerned with having this charge on my record. In addition, although that magazine was out of compliance with California law I had actually modified the magazine previously to bring it into compliance but the modification had broken causing its possession to be illegal. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo worked with me to get proof that I had tried to modify the weapon. In the end he was able to get the charge DISMISSED once I made a $250.00 payment to a charity in the court. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar Penal Code Section 32310, [Possession of a Large Capacity Magazine] matter or other criminal matter.
