Mr. Bruzzo’s extensive experience in local courts in Orange County can make the difference in the outcome of your case.
About 10 years ago I had a mental break down and began deliberately running my vehicle into other vehicles that were occupied; I did this in part by purposefully going the wrong way on a road. My memory is hazy of the events as a result of my mental illness. I caused substantial property damage but fortunately only minor bodily injury. I was charged with 9 counts of Assault with a deadly weapon as a felony (Penal Code Section 245(a) (1) and pled guilty to three of those counts; I received 6 months in jail and actually spent about 120 days in custody. Mr. Bruzzo then drafted a motion requesting reduction of my felonies to misdemeanors; attached to the motion were letters and other evidence showing my mental health treatment going back some 15 years, to before the incident all the way to the present day. Mr. Bruzzo then argued the motion in front of the Judge and the Judge (after some deliberation) GRANTED my motion and REDUCED THE FELONIES TO MISDEMEANORS! I am very happy with this result as it will make my job search easier and it will give me a chance of getting my driver’s license back. As such I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter and Reducing... Date: 10/23/14
