Driving With Alcohol Under 21 Years of Age

I was charged with Vehicle Code Section 23140(a) for driving a vehicle while having alcohol in my system and for being under age 21. In addition to facing consequences in the court I was also subject to a DMV hearing and losing my license for up to a year. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo first won the DMV hearing by showing that the alcohol level results were not properly certified; this is an issue that comes up in alcohol DMV cases which involve those under age 21.
