Orange County
Mr. Bruzzo’s extensive experience in local courts in
Orange County can make the difference in the
outcome of your case.
In 2022 I got a Driving Under the Influence [Vehicle Code Section 23152(a)/(b] conviction and was put on probation for three years. My Driver’s License was suspended. I had no choice but to drive and unfortunately I got caught. I was then charged with Driving on a Suspended License resulting from a Drunk Driving Conviction [Vehicle Code Section 14601.2(a)] and a probation violation for violating the terms of my Drunk Driving Conviction. [I was looking at up to 1 year in jail for the probation violation and the new case. Driving on a Suspended license because of a Drunk Driving conviction is a 10-day jail minimum]. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo told me about the Court Diversion Program [Penal Code Section 1001.95] and said he would try to get me that program. While alcohol related vehicle code charges are not normally considered for Court Diversion, Mr. Bruzzo convinced the Judge to grant the Diversion Program for me. [Court Diversion under Penal Code Section 1001.95, permits the Court to DISMISS the case, usually after the Defendant completes a class and/or community service. A guilty plea is not required].
Three months later and after I completed Community Service and made a “donation” to a Court charity, the case was DISMISSED. I am very grateful for this result because it will help me keep my job, which requires a clean record. Also, because the case was dismissed I can now Seal my record, which keeps any private company from seeing that I was charged with the offense. I would therefore recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Driving on a Suspended License [Vehicle Code Section 14601.2(a)] and/or Court Diversion [Penal Code Section 1001.95] matter.
