Carrying a Concealed / Loaded Firearm

A family member was charged with Penal Code Sections 25400(a) (2)/(c) (7) [Carrying Concealed Firearm] and 25850(a)/(c) (7) [Carry Loaded Firearm in Public]. Initially she was facing up to three years in prison as the case was filed as a felony. Later the case was reduced to a Misdemeanor. I was arrested for a violation of Penal Code Sections 12025(a) (1) [Carrying a Concealed Weapon in a Vehicle], 12031(a) [Carrying a Loaded Weapon in a Vehicle] and 538(b) (2) [impersonating an officer].
