Orange County
Mr. Bruzzo’s extensive experience in local courts in
Orange County can make the difference in the
outcome of your case.
All Community Courts are located in the same court house at 909 N. Main Street, Santa Ana, CA. 92701. They include Homeless Court, Mental Health Court and Veteran’s Court.
Homeless Court: This court deals with people who are homeless or near homeless who are charged with crimes. Often, mental health issues are a significant factor behind the person being charged with the offense. As such, Homeless court not only provides for mental health treatment if necessary but it also offers resources to help the homeless person get on their feet and find housing and a job. If a homeless person is accepted in this court and completes the course of treatment directed by the court and the court team then the case and all charges may be DISMISSED. The program duration varies depending on the needs of the individual. Notably, the county provides a full range of support personnel to assess and counsel the individual to include counselors, substance abuse education, psychologists, psychiatrists and probation officials.
