Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance

I was arrested for Drunk Driving (Vehicle Code Section 23152(a), Under the influence of a controlled substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11550) and Hit and Run (Vehicle Code Section 20002(a)). I had a previous conviction for Drunk Driving 6 years previous and I had been to prison for possession of a controlled substance for 32 months.
