Sale of Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor

I was charged with selling alcohol to a minor under Business and Professions Code (B&P) section 25658(a). [Sting operation conducted by police where Defendant was working as cashier] I was very concerned with having a conviction for this crime on my record.
