I was arrested on a case of possession of paraphernalia [Health and Safety Code Section 11364] and then arrested again for the same thing a week later back in 2008. I went to court on the first case and received Deferred Entry of Judgment [DEJ] also known as PC 1000. However, I never enrolled in the course, and I never showed up on the second case. As a result two warrants went out for my arrest. Four years later I was living out of state and finding it difficult to find a job given the existence of the two warrants. As such, I hired Attorney William W. Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the courts and the District Attorney in Orange County, California. Mr. Bruzzo was able to appear without my being present. After a couple of trips to court Mr. Bruzzo was able to get one of the cases DISMISSED and the other he got a terminal disposition which means there is no probation. I am very pleased with this result and I would therefore highly recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Warrant or Possession of Paraphernalia case.
