I was arrested for Mayhem under Penal Code Section 203 [Maximum incarceration: 8 years] when I had an altercation with another individual and allegedly [seriously] injured him.
My family hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo negotiated with the District Attorney and explained that I acted in self-defense and due to my advanced age the case should be dismissed.
In the end, Mr. Bruzzo got them to DISMISS the case and I pled guilty to Disturbing the Peace, Penal Code Section 415(1), a misdemeanor. I received no jail time.
I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Mayhem/ Assault matter.
