DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
(Vehicle Code
Section(s) 14601.1-14601.2)
Client charged with Driving on a suspended license (Vehicle
Code Section(s) 14601.1-14601.2) with prior convictions which
enhanced the punishment and could have caused the Defendant
to spend 30 days in jail or more. This case was out of the
Orange County Superior Court. In addition the client was
on probation for another offense and would have been subject
to even more jail time. Attorney William W. Bruzzo got
the charge reduced at the first visit to court but this would
have still been a violation of the client’s probation.
Accordingly, Mr. Bruzzo returned to court and in the end
managed to get the case DISMISSED. The result
saved the client from jail, over $1,000.00 in fines and three
years of probation. Mr. Bruzzo’s aggressiveness and
knowledge was the reason for this very favorable result.
