Display (Wrongful) of Disabled Person Placard Testimonial I was charged with Vehicle Code Section 4461(c) (Display of Disabled Person Placard). I was alleged to have displayed a disabled person placard that was not issued to me. I hired Attorney William W. Bruzzo to represent me in this matter.
